Gifts sent outside our local delivery area will be shipped via UPS Ground and charged accordingly.
         Please note that an additional $5.00 packaging fee will be added to cover the cost of shipping materials.

         We process and ship orders on a Monday to Friday basis.
         Deliveries are made per the UPS delivery schedule and guidelines.

         Refused shipments and incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the customer.
         Also, any additional additional charges as a result of address correction or re-shipment
         are the responsibility of the customer.
 
         We DO NOT ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. A complete physical street address is necessary.
