POLICIES

GIFT SATISFACTION 
        
We are very proud of our gifts and the products that we use.
        
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your gift basket, please contact us at
     gifts@kimsgourmetgifts.com we are always happy to resolve any challenges.
        
SAME DAY SERVICE

         Please call us at 412-1002 by 11:30 AM if you need your gift to arrive the same day.
         When you call in your order (not ordering online) by 11:30AM that is same day service.

CUSTOMIZATION FEE - $7.00
We can add anything to your special gift, just let us know what you would like at the time you place your order.
             If we need to shop for specialty items in order to customize your gift, we charge a
Customization Fee of $7.00 this fee includes our time, gas and shopping for your specialty gifts.


DELIVERY
         If there is no one at the home when we deliver your gift, we will generally leave the gift
         on a covered area, we will also call the gift recipient and let them know where the gift was left.
        
         When you call to place your order, we will ask for all contact information of the gift recipient. 
         If you provide us with an INCORRECT address or we simply cannot find the address
         that you have provided us.  The gift then comes back to us and we will contact you for
         a 2nd delivery attempt.  In this instance, the customer will be responsible for all delivery charges.  

DONATIONS
        
We are asked for donations frequently.  We are glad to help when we can.
         Our policy regarding donations is that we can only support our regular clients.

RETURNS
 
        We have never been asked by anyone to return a gift basket.
         However; we have had instances of people wanting to exchange or trade for
         another one of our selections. We are not able to exchange or trade gifts that have
         already been received.  
  

SHIPPING POLICIES
         We DO NOT ship to out of state hospitals. 
         Most hospitals do not accept packages for patients.
         We DO NOT ship to out of state schools.
         Most school policies do not accept packages for students.
   
         When you call us to ship a gift out of state, per your request, we can provide you with
         the tracking number of your gift so that you will know when it arrives to the gift recipient.

YOUR PRIVACY
    
    At Kim's Gourmet Gifts we are firmly committed to protecting our clients privacy.
         When you shop online you can be assured that NONE of your contact information or your
         credit card information will be shared with any outside party. 
         We utilize a SECURE server and processing order system.
